Brush Cleaners!

I just finished cleaning my make-up brushes and the whole time, I was thinking what a hassle the whole brush-cleaning process was.

I have to dip the brush in water, swirl it, clean it with shampoo, rub a bit, rinse until the water dripping is clear, rub with conditioner to keep it soft, rinse again, squeeze out excess water then leave out overnight to dry.

And this is just for ONE brush. I have to do that whole process again for the other brushes.

I’m supposed to clean my brushes atleast once a week, but since the whole process takes forever, I get lazy and do it only once a month. I know, I know, it’s so unhygienic!

So it makes me wonder, there should be a gadget that makes brush-cleaning easier right?

And this is what Google came up with!

The Artist’s BrushMate Brush Cleaner!

It’s not exactly made for make-up brushes, though. But I think it should do the job. (I *really* can’t believe there’s no gadget made specifically for cleaning make-up brushes!)

Plug it in, fill it with water or your make-up brush cleaner solution, stick in your brush and the rotating bristles will clean your brush for you!
