Gadgenista’s Search For A Laptop Bag!

Ever since I got my Mac Book Pro (which I haven’t baptized with a name by the way!), I’ve been putting off buying accessories because I’ve literally wiped out my savings… meaning I can’t even afford to buy accessories for my new baby! *sniff*
But here I am, 2 weeks after, eating up again what ever is left of my depleted bank account, hahaha!
I’ve finally bought myself a laptop bag from Snugmugs!

I got the lavender Oxford model for Php 1,800.
It’s actually a pretty good bag for that price but I would prefer the padding to be thicker. But nonetheless, I’m pretty happy with it! It beats using the Classic Timbuk2 Laptop Sleeve (very good sleeve by the way, very thick corduroy padding! my laptop feels very safe inside!) which I am temporarily using and the huge, transparent patent bag where I just stuff the sleeve inside!
Aside from having enough space for my laptop, the Snugmug bag is big enough to hold an assortment of cables, documents and other small thingies like notebooks and pens!
Plus, it’s L-A-V-E-N-D-E-R! That reason alone is good enough for me, bwahahaha.
I originally wanted the Senyorita Snugmug but after some thinking, it looked a bit flimsy.

Cute but flimsy, plus I couldn’t really decide on which color to get and it was giving me a headache!

And another original choice for laptop bag was the Red Vanilla Laptop Bag in Purple Chill. Unfortunately, 15″ laptops don’t fit. Maximum laptop screen size is 14″. Cry.
But if money was not an option, my number one choice is the Acme Cargo Slim!

It’s to die for! Especially with the price of $250 roughly around Php 10,000!
But it’s soooo sweet! Someone please give me one for Christmas! *smiles*

I bought this one: http://www.ebags.com/clark_mayfield/metro_mini_laptop_tote/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=87273. I wanted a laptop bag that didn’t look like one. Hehehe.

Yeay. Finally, Lia. :)
But why did you but Snugmugs at the original price? They are on sale, right? The style you got is at 25-30% off.
Anywayyy, I still vote for Snugmugs’ Patent Senyorita Bag. Heehee.

I’m with Bea. That brown striped number would be my bag of choice. :)

Adding my two-cents’ worth. :) I love the acme cargo slim in stripes! Was thinking of buying a Snugmugs before but I saw the ones they’re selling at Fully Booked and I feel that my lappy won’t be snug and safe though.. :(

@pansay, I thought the same as well, that the bag paddings aren’t too thick enough, but they’re actually pretty ok when you put stuff inside, hehe! :)
@chrissy, the snugmugs are actually ok! :) get one! :)

I got this one for P2,200. Bought this from a friend who got it in the states. I love it, so cute and there’s a lot of pockets: http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/I/21oDIcoEJbL._AA160_.jpg
